This task will provide the coordination of EMDAF and ensure that the work tasks proceed successfully and in a timely fashion. The Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator will liaise on a regularly basis, at least once per week. Each work task of EMDAF has two designated managerial institutions (lead and deputy). The task leaders and deputies will form a JRA3 Coordinating Board, chaired by the JRA3 Coordinator to oversee the project as a whole. Coordination will include a) Overall management; b) Organization and monitoring of cooperation with other activities in Europlanet RI (IDIS, NA1, JRA1) and partner infrastructure projects, c) Monitoring of progress and performance, d) Organization of dedicated meetings, telecons, preparation of dedicated documentation, etc.
